1. How to order
With our shopping system, you will be sending an e-mail to the designated e-mail address with your information.
Postal Code, Country, Address, Name, Telephone number, E-mail Address, and the quantity.
For those who are underage, we may ask for the parental consent and their information.
The person who placed the order will be sent an e-mail to confirm the order.
2. Payment Method
Your payment will be invoiced through PayPal E-mail Payment.
The total amount should be as follows:
The total item(s) price + Shipping cost + Shopping handling fees (bourne by the customer)
If the delivery address differs from the address of the person placing the order, we can not take the order.
3. Delivery
Your ordered item will be delivered via EMS.
We will e-mail you of the shipping fees and the delivery schedule.
4. Returns and Exchanges policy
For any returns and exchanges, please contact us via e-mail first.
- Please return within 7 days of the item arrival. We can accept the returns and the exchanges if:
- • the product was damaged or defective upon delivery
• you received an incorrect product - We can NOT accept the returns or exchanges if:
